How to make payment by PayNow for online and in-store shopping

For Online Shopping
By mobile app (terms used might vary between different banks):
- After submitting your online purchase (under PayNow), log in to your bank mobile app.
- Tap on 'Transfer/Payment', select 'PayNow'.
- Select 'Unique Entity No. or UEN' and enter 201109871K when prompted or scan QR code above.
- If the UEN is entered correctly or QR scanned correctly, you should see UKULELE MOVEMENT (S) Pte Ltd
- Enter exact payment amount when prompted.
- For 'Bill Reference no. or Reference No.', enter the order number that appears on your online transaction eg: UM12345 (this step is highly recommended).
- Click SUBMIT and you will see a 'confirmation/payment success' page.
- Take a screenshot of the confirmation page for your reference.
Upon submission your payment will be reflected in UM's bank account within the day (unless the bank webpage is having maintenance) and your order will be processed within 1-2 days.
By desktop browser:

- Select PayNow under 'Transfer/Payment'.
- Click on 'Unique Entity No. or UEN' and enter 201109871Kor scan QR code above.
- Fill in the payment amount
- For 'description or reference no.', enter the order number that appears on your online transaction eg: UM12345 (this step is optional)
- Check details and click SUBMIT and you're done
Upon submission your payment will be reflected in UM's bank account within the day (unless the bank webpage is having maintenance) and your order will be processed within 1-2 days.
From DBS digibank:
Using PayNow for in-store purchases
By mobile app (terms used might vary between different banks):
- Log in to your bank mobile app.
- Tap on 'Scan and Pay' or 'Scan QR'
- Point your phone camera at the QR code shown by our retail staff
- You should see 'UKULELE MOVEMENT (S) Pte Ltd' appear after scanning
- Enter exact payment amount if amount is not reflected on your screen already
- For 'Bill Reference no. or Reference No.', enter your invoice/receipt number (this step is optional).
- Click SUBMIT and you will see a 'confirmation/payment success' page.
- Take a screenshot of the confirmation page for your reference.
