As more and more companies come to realize, to keep their employees engaged and working together as a team, they need to have fun together. Learning how to play together is a great way for colleagues from different departments to come together and get to know each other in an environment that allows one to be themselves. It could be an outdoor team-building activity, a cooking and baking class, or maybe an ukulele workshop.
