Shipping info

We strive to dispatch your orders within the shortest possible time, in the best possible condition. If you need an item to be delivered within a specific date and time frame, please ensure you order in advance and email your delivery request to aloha@ukulelemovement.com. We will submit your request to the third-party delivery service. Once dispatched, we do not have any control over deliveries and there may be delays. Delivery request is available only to local shipping within Singapore. 

Orders placed and confirmed by 1000hrs (GMT+8) between Monday – Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 0800hrs (GMT+8) on Saturday, Sunday and local Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Local deliveries are made Mondays – Saturdays (1000hrs – 2100hrs), except for Public Holidays. Overseas shipping will follow each country's business days.

Enjoy free local doorstep delivery (within Singapore) with minimum spend of $100 on online purchase via our website. No discount code needed. Free shipping applies only to 3-5 days local courier (doorstep service), not applicable on Same/Next/Specific day delivery service.

    Same / Next day / Specific day delivery 

    We offer same/next day or specific day doorstep delivery at a flat fee of S$20 for all items. For orders placed before 12pm (local time) you will receive your order on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (local time) will be delivered the next day. 

    For specific day, please state exact date you want it delivered under 'Notes' at your shopping cart. Alternatively you may contact us via email or whatsapp to indicate your request.

    *This service is not available on public holidays and on days when the retail shop is closed. 

    Overseas shipping

    We offer worldwide shipping by Airmail (for small items like strings and selected accessories), or international carrier (DHL/FedEx/SF/Speedpost). The estimated delivery ranges from 3-12 *business days depending on the shipping destination and options chosen. The information will be provided when you select the shipping options upon checkout.

    Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, there will be shipping delays in certain countries, even up to 30-40 days.

    Shipping insurance will be included for all overseas orders. If your parcel is damaged during transit, you have to report the damage to your local postal service (or whichever carrier company that delivered your parcel) immediately upon receipt. The damage claim should be filed directly with the carrier company along with your airway bill reference number stated on your parcel or email notification.

    Please note that customs or import duties (where applicable) will be charged to you by your local customs office once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.     ONLINE ORDERS FROM PHILIPPINES
    Due to the high volume of fraudulent online orders we have received from the Philippines, the auto-shipping destination of Philippines has been disabled but we can process the orders manually by request. The only payment mode we accept is via wire transfer/telegraphic transfer via a bank. Please contact us through email if assistance on ordering is required. Thank you for your understanding.
