Delivery request is available only to local shipping within Singapore.
Orders placed and confirmed by 0900hrs (GMT+8) between Monday – Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 0900hrs (GMT+8) on Friday, throughout Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Local deliveries are made Mondays – Sundays (before 1200hrs – 2000hrs), except for Public Holidays. Overseas shipping will follow each country's business days.

We offer shipping options of Airmail (for small items like strings and selected accessories), Airparcel, Speedpost EMS, Speedpost Express (DHL/FedEx). The estimated delivery ranges from 1-12 *business days depending on the shipping destination and options chosen. The information will be provided when you select the shipping options upon checkout.
Shipping insurance will be included for all overseas orders. If your parcel is damaged during transit, you have to report the damage to your local postal service (or whichever carrier company that delivered your parcel) immediately upon receipt. The damage claim should be filed directly with the carrier company.
Please note that customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
